The Holiday Margarita

INGREDIENTS

  • (14 ounces) Can of Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1 Cup of Tequila
  • 3/4 Cup of Triple Sec
  • 1/2 Cup of Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Cup of White Grape Juice
  • 1/2 Cup of Simple Syrup
  • 2 Cups of Crushed Ice
  • Salt
  • Lime Wedges & Slices
  • Cranberries
  • Rosemary Sprigs (Garnish)

DIRECTIONS

  • Place the coconut milk, the tequila, the triple sec, the lime juice, the white cranberry juice, the simple syrup, and the ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Place the salt on a plate. Take a lime wedge and dampen around the edge/rim of each serving glass. While still damp, turn each glass upside down and place in the salt (so that it sticks to the rim of each glass).
  • Fill each glass, then drop some fresh cranberries into each glass and serve with a lime slice. Use the fresh rosemary as a Christmas accent.
