The Holiday Margarita

INGREDIENTS
- (14 ounces) Can of Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1 Cup of Tequila
- 3/4 Cup of Triple Sec
- 1/2 Cup of Lime Juice
- 1/2 Cup of White Grape Juice
- 1/2 Cup of Simple Syrup
- 2 Cups of Crushed Ice
- Salt
- Lime Wedges & Slices
- Cranberries
- Rosemary Sprigs (Garnish)
DIRECTIONS
- Place the coconut milk, the tequila, the triple sec, the lime juice, the white cranberry juice, the simple syrup, and the ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Place the salt on a plate. Take a lime wedge and dampen around the edge/rim of each serving glass. While still damp, turn each glass upside down and place in the salt (so that it sticks to the rim of each glass).
- Fill each glass, then drop some fresh cranberries into each glass and serve with a lime slice. Use the fresh rosemary as a Christmas accent.
